Dan Bebee was in my opinion, the greatesst! Now I have Nick and he is just as nice and super helpful! I can't believe your company can find service personnel like those two. It seems now a days that nobody care about their job, but Nick was so patient oriented and well informed. Good work on the part of Adapthealth.

John shows up on time and question are easy to answer. Check my machine to make sure it set right.

My tech showed up when he said he would and was very professional and thorough. He also gave me info about my chair I didn’t know about. The best tho was I got a text with the techs name and picture so I knew exactly who to expect.

The handles on the walker would not adjust to the height needed.

They keep billing and I get nothing from them. They can't explain my bill and say it is all for the rental of my cpap machine. I could have purchased several cpap machines for what they charged/charging me. It seems like it always another month before I can get rid of them. Don't use them. If your doctor tell you to use them make her/him make him give you just a prescription instead.
