The gentleman (I think his name was Tom) was AWESOME. He had a great personality, was patient with my questions and very well informative. Could not be happy with all staff I encountered.

I ordered Ostomy bags in April.....it is now June 19..... just waited on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me it will finally ship tomorrow. I had to call multiple times and even had to call Humana to get an authorization number for Adapt I wish I could use another company.....I may change my Medicare Advantage plan next year just so I don't have to continue to deal with Adapt.

Alice was most helpful in that she knew that I’d had a C-pap machine for years so she didn’t bore me with details of use she knew I already knew. She showed me some of the features of the new machine, she was very pleasant and she was right on time for my appointment. I had an earlier appointment scheduled and I called to let someone know I would be five or ten minutes late and was unfortunately told I’d have to reschedule later. I think if someone had inquired with the concord office directly, they would probably have fit me in.

It was a quick visit to get my new CPAP, easy to understand and the staff are outstanding!
