The tech (Paula) was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I am sure there are questions that will pop up that I will have but she covered the cpap machine and mask thoroughly. It was a good experience, I was impressed.

The great experience comes from the ability to talk to a live representative every time you call in. Secondly, the order is then dispatched to the driver; in our experience the driver calls within an hour or two & always polite & prompt. We've enjoyed doing business with this company just because we know that we are in good hands & the billing they do for you; you don't have to worry about that either.
