She was friendly and helped me get my machine taken care of! I had a horrible experience prior to this where I’ve been trying to get through for six weeks and trying to have my machine looked andno phone calls back no appointments and it was extremely stressful for six weeks!!! But today was awesome. She was amazing and help me right away. Listened to my concerns and, took care of me 100% !

My CPAP machine was delivered today. Oliver was on-time, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Explained how the equipment operates in easy to understand steps. Could sense that I was hesitant and unsure about using equipment because of my anxiety about having something attached to my face at night while sleeping. He reassured me that once I got use to using the equipment, I would get a much better night sleep. Truly a 5-star experience.

The gentleman who helped us today was so extremely patient and very thorough in going over all of the equipment. The staff was great when making appointments etc. Felt like everyone really cared about me while I was there.
