Anyone who I've dealt with has always been friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Desiree on the phone andd the dispatcher (I wish I could remember his name... Paul perhaps), are both great & Kevin, our delivery man is absolutely top notch! He cares, he's informative, he's helpful, he's considerate, he knows his product & his services extremely well & he's authentic. Thanks to all of you who are always a pleasure!

The respiratory therapist was very organized, knowledgeable and thorough. She explained things in terms that made it comfortable for me to follow. She is an asset to your company.
