He arrived when he said he would and set the bed up quickly. We were running a generator because our power was out and he helped my husband get the bed connected and powered on

Our technician was veetllry friendly knowledgeable and very well organized. He made the appointment a whole lot easier.

My Nurse Kristen at Sewell Office went over and above to make my visit as comfortable and pleasant taking the time to explain everything in detail I felt like she was family from the greeting when we first met to when my visit was completed . I couldn't thank Kristen enough for making me feel relaxed I was so nervous. Kristen was compassionate about my health and wishing me the best with my machine the concern I felt was overwhelming I can't praise her enough.
