I was traveling and my rented travel oxygen concentrator stopped working. AdaptHealth made it easy to swap the unit out locally. Todd and his colleague at AeroCare in Colorado Springs were terrific.

Service technician very knowledgeable, great communication skills, patient and understanding. Explained everything regarding expectations, use and care of equipment.

Jeff was very well informed and taught me a lot about sleep apnea and the device I was given. He was able to answer all of my questions and the process wasn't as difficult as I worried it might be.

The service technician was professional friendly and knowledgeable about all the medical equipment delivered. Also they delivered the same day that the order was approved!

Wish zero was an option! I paid for supplies they didn't send. And again. And my most recent attempt? They have deactivated my account because 'it's inactive for three years' Then why do I have the emails and the credit charges I paid them THIS YEAR? Is this sickly inefficient or something worse?
