David provides reliable and efficient service. He made sure I had all new Supplies and how to order going forward.

Only Kreg Penny made it great. It was very pleasant & professional. He answered all my questions & made sure my concentrator worked before he left. The call center did not let them know what all they were exchanging out but went over it with me on the phone. It is extremely hard to reach them or get a returned call.

Marquis very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Was able to take care of problem. Had to wait around 30 minutes to get through to customer service, but gentleman that answered was very courteous and helpful. Exceptional service for both customer service and Marquis. Thank you.
