When my mother’s social worker put in the order I had no idea I would get a phone call so quickly from Adapthealth confirming the order. Even more surprised that it was being delivered the same day it was ordered. The delivery driver, Kemoni, kept me informed of the approx time to expect delivery and when he arrived was courteous and professional. Thank you.

Anthony Colon was my tech and he was just awesome. He made sure I had what I needed to navigate this health journey. Even right down to a bottle of water for my oxygen. Your local people are great! Julio, was kind and helpful, the local office is a 4.5 - 5.0 Your “parent” company is horrible! Training is definitely needed at the corporate level. Dealing with the AdaptHealth HO folks is frustrating. They are the pillar of indifference and were rude and could barely speak English!

Explained the CPAC set up well and patiently answered all my questions, very knowledgable about various masks and their comfort levels depending upon a person's sleep and breathing style. I felt very comnfortable talking with Deb.

Everything seemed straight forward and directions seemed easy to follow. I do like the screen on the actual machine to see how well I slept or not.
