All aspects of dealing with this company were stellar-the business office is friendly and clear on billing and insurance and the technicians that delivered our hospital bed and Hoyer lift were both courteous and on time. I also appreciated the text updates on arrival with a picture of my technician for safety. Great job all the way around!
