When I called To place the oxygen order, i spoke with Tracy, she is very knowledgeable about tank sizes and needs to go with them. She tries to educate about the need to replace tubing in a timely manner. The delivery was just as promised.

The associates at Fletcher's go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They took extra time and effort with CPAP fittings to make sure I ended up with a device that was comfortable and could use. A return was made without any dispute. I would certainly patronize Fletcher's for further needs.

I cannot remember the young lady's name who helped me today, but she was extremely nonweldable, very pleasant and efficient. I wish that all medical personnel could be just like her!!
