The gentleman that brought my equipment was professional and did a nice job of teaching me how to use E the equipment. He made sure to inform me when he would be here and the delivery was swift!

Sonya who worked there was very kind and personable. She explained the different choices I had with CPAP supplies and wanted to make sure I had the best comfort and fit. She didn't rush the process and was very thorough. I appreciated the professionalism.

Suzannah was just the best! Right away we liked her and felt comfortable with her. My son is 9 years old and he was receiving the c pap machine. He said he could ask her questions and not feel embarrassed. We really liked her. She answered all of our questions and really listened. She also new a lot about what we were asking and we learned so much and she really helped us. This was a really great experience for us. We left feeling confident and happy about the whole thing. We never felt rushed and she really took her time with us. We are still talking about her in our house. My son had a really great first night with his machine thanks to her. The best customer service!
