He was so friendly to my family. Explained the system perfectly. I was intimidated by how to work the system and he made me feel so comfortable by the end of his visit.

The representative Brian took time to explain the features of the new cpap machine. Also, going over how to clean the mask and tubing, replacing the filter, and how to order replacement supplies.
