Quick and easy instructions

I had a wheelchair since January when I broke my leg. They delivered it to my hospital room before I was discharged. It was brand new with plastic still on it. I just had it picked up today after almost 3 months. The rental fee was extremely low and I just called to have it picked up. A very nice guy was here the next day. A very positive experience in a difficult time.

Jon arrived right on time. He sent a text with his ETA. I was really worried about running out of oxygen, I had 2 hours left on my portable oxygen when he called me. He assured me I would not run out. Jon was GREAT! He came to my home and set me up with a 40 hour rank. He made sure my oxygen was on 3. He answered all my questions. He is a great representative for AeroCare.

He came here and set it all up with no problems. The only problem is this bed is so old and very loud when using the hand held controller not very happy with this set up.

Patty was so helpful and informative about our new CPAP machines. She was so pleasant.
