Extremely poor customer service. I need a new CPAP machine. Called AdaptHealth. They said they need an Rx from the doctor please fax it to us. I called the Dr. No, AdaptHealth must send us a request for an Rx along with their standard form. Called AdaptHealth. No, that's not our procedure. The Dr must call us first. Called Dr office again. No, they must contact us. Spoke with the Dr himself. No, everytime we send an Rx, they tell us it's the wrong information, so they must send us the form first. So I am creating a form to send to my Dr. I've been a customer with AdaptHealth or a subsidiary for over 10 years. I need the new CPAP, but once I get it, I'm going to fire both AdaptHealth and my Dr. Terrible customer service on both parts. Unbelievable.

I am a new customer with Adapthealth and I just want to state that there customer service, so far, has been excellent. I use the Dexcom G6 Continous Glucose Monitor and the local Walgreens (seven stores) was out of stock and did not know when it would be back in stock, that is bad service. Adapthealth took care of all the documentaion gathering including contacting my Doctor's office and processing insurance and keeping me informed via there chat on-line. Doctors office was SLOW and Adapthealth Customer stayed on top of my Doctor's Office and faxed them the request numerous times. AdaptHealth really delivered and again this was my first order. Good follow up and communiction Adapthealth Customer Service!

He was awesome!!! he explained the machine he told me what to expect, He told me what not to expect and even took me on a test drive his sense of humor and professionalism took me from a scary thought to being grateful for the machine. I now have and I’m excited to use thank you, Jay.
