When Joshua called to tell me he was 20 minutes away, neither my husband or I were home. I knew that I’d be a few minutes more than 20 and my husband wouldn’t be there at all. He assured me that he would wait for me. As it turned out my husband got home before me and said Joshua was waiting and had the problem resolved within a few minutes. Great job
