Teresa listened to my concerns and sought my feedback on treatment issues. She was patient and dedicated to helping me deal with my APNEA management. She was attentive and provided me with non-equipment treatment suggestions and options.

Both my wife and I have each received an email regarding reordering CPAP supplies and to date we have each received a reminder email plus are now receiving phone calls. I think this is a bit of over kill.
