Adept Health My App duplicate charged me twice $519.77. Luckily I am getting my refund, allegedly. I don't believe it until I see it but I know AdeptHealth tried to rob me of another $519.77. Their MyApp is suspicious and there's no Americans on the phone but East Indian. Makes you wonder but I am disappointed still. Still waiting for the refund to return to ky credit card.

I keep getting a bill for a small amount when I paid for my original order months ago...I tried to figure out how to pay online then called a number on their website and was met by a foreign sounding individual..not sure what I am supposed to be paying for..is this a scam company?

My interaction with Missy was outstanding. She realized my dilemma and was quick to resolve the problem. She expedited quick response and order knowing that i was struggling without my oxygen. She ordered it as we spoke and within 2hrs. Shaquill showed up to bring and replace my unit that was not functioning. Shaquill and Missy should be praised for the effort they displayed. Shaquill also explained all functions to me.
