Alex was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

I needed new batteries for my power chair. Started calling Adapt health July 9th. It's now August 19 and still no batteries.I can't walk at all and require my power chair at all times to do any of my activities of daily living cooking cleaning going to the mailbox going to the dumpster going to the bathroom I have told them this and still no results they will not call me back when they say they will they've given me no timeline at all and it's ridiculous to treat people this way you're dealing with disabled people who desperately need the equipment! I'm elderly and live alone and should not have to be in this position. My life is put on hold waiting for these batteries and adapt health does not seem to even care.

My tech James Johnson Sr. Was on his way home when he got an emergency request. He was at the AB&B I was staying at in less than 20 minutes, with a new home oxygen machine. Mine would not turn on when we arrived at our place. I was about 10 minutes from panic. I don’t know what I would have done if I would have had to wait until morning. I can’t stress enough how kind and patient and professional he was. He saved our trip! Top notch guy. Thank you so very much. I’ve had nothing but great service from Adapthealth.

On Friday 8/15/25 I was contacted to pick up the air compressor I was using while on vacation. I explained to te tech that called me for the scheduled pickup that I was extending my stay until for a few more weeks, he said to call the office which I did when I got back in. I then spoke to a very nice representative who took all my info and was told someone from tech would call me to confirm. I then got a text and visit to pick up the machine I was using on Monday 8/18/25. Now I am without the air compressor for the rest of my extended stay in Greensboro NC. for a very needed machine.
