I did not have to wait long. The tech, Brian, was polite and had full knowledge of the equipment. We got down to business right away and so the appointment was finished in a timely manner.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Adapt Medical Supplies has been nothing short of infuriating. We ordered 9 Dexcom G7 sensors—a critical medical supply. The packing slip clearly states they were included, yet they were NOT in the shipment. When we reached out, instead of investigating or taking responsibility, the company doubled down and insisted the sensors had been shipped. This is unacceptable. These aren’t optional products—they are essential medical devices. To mismanage an order of this importance, and then dismiss the customer by claiming it was fulfilled, shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity. If you are considering ordering from Adapt Medical Supplies, be warned: you may not receive what you paid for, and you’ll be met with excuses instead of solutions. For medical supplies, reliability is everything—and this company has proven they cannot be trusted.
