I obtained a CPAP machine from Adapthealth. The understanding was that I was making monthly payments and would own the machine after my payments were completed. I called them a few months ago and verified that my payment would be completed by August of 2026. Today, I got notice for another autopay. I called customer service and was told that because I switched health insurance carriers, the payment period started over. This is nuts!!!! I asked for a copy of my contract and was told it could take 30-45 days for it to be emailed. This makes no sense. I do not trust this company. Throughout the time I have had my machine, I was inundated by calls and emails trying to push their products on me. Now they are trying to rip me off. I do not recommend this company.

We received the medical bed and equipment as requested and on the day it was to be delivered. The gentleman who brought the bed was very nice. Did a great job. They also picked the equipment up on the day requested today. Thank you very much.

Company is cold hearted when you have lost a love one and they scheduled to pick up equipment on the day of the viewing (9-3-2026) and ended up as a no show. They were called before going to the viewing and they scheduled for the next day stating they could be there by 10 am again a no show (funeral day). Then today they were scheduled to come out and never showed up I ask to speak with a supervisor, and one supposed to be calling me, they have not.

Horrible company to deal with! I spent 54 minutes on a call being shuffled from dept to department to try and resolve a $10 bill! No one had the same story or reasoning for the issue. The problem was still not resolved and I still don’t have answers I dread the day I call this company for anything! Kaiser should give us more than 1 choice!!
