Great CPAP Training by Erik in Keene - and I'm not a newbie to CPAP either. Very pleased with getting a new REDMED unit along with a mask update. I've been with Keene Medical (now Adaphealth) for about 10 years, and got a new machine and change in mask. Previous training from sleep study was minimal, and equipment setup was 'done and let it run' for previous unit, so not as in-depth or helpful. I require BiPAP and at higher risk so it's important for me; the new mask was one I had investigated on my own but Erik verified and compared with other current options (still the right choice for me). Erik filled in a number of blanks, as well as very helpful with setting up the new machine... plus a couple of new settings. Very pleased with his attention and help.

Jeff made the learning experience for a 1st time CPAP user quite comfortable and informative. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks so very much.

i have nasal (sinusitis) related to allergies. i am a cigerette smoker (sorry). and a combination of immunotherapy, allergy shots, (dusting my house) and of course it would not be possible without a Cpap ResMed 10. thank you for adjusting my settings, if i need help in the future, you will be my first phone call.

The person working at the office where I went to pick up the items was super. The first Lady on the phone that I talked with Erin who worked at home was not very good. She called me and told me to go to the closest store and pick up items and to call her back for payment when I got there before I got the products. Guess what, could not get hold of her had to go through 2 other individuals and stay on hold for about an hour and the individuals could not get in touch with Erin who worked out of her house. Very displeased with her but the person at the store was very patient and great.
