Larry came out to service my oxygen concentrator, he was punctual, professional and friendly.

Incorrect payment amount appeared on the website, DOUBLE the amount shown on my paper bill. I was trying to pay on Oct 17 and I was told that the higher amount was what the account was owed as of November. 1) Why was the November amount showing on line for payment on Oct 17? 2) Isn't is illegal to apply a 100% increase for "late payment"?

My technician, Sallie, is an absolutely wonderful person. She was very considerate and listened well to my questions and concerns and gave me answers that were not only helpful but made sense and helped me to understand the therapy that I am going into and what to expect from the equipment. I am very grateful to have had Sallie as my technician!
