The introduction was informative. The tech did a great job in walking us through, and going over everything.

It took me a long time to get the new CPAP machine. Initially it was that there was a problem with my doctor's fax. It was sent to you but there was no record of it at your office. Next it was with my insurance. However, when all those problems were resolved, the service was good and now I have my new machine.

Betty was most helpful in guiding me on steps to complete actions to receive my new RESMED 11. She also found answers for a couple of detailed questions I asked concerning meeting MEDICARE CPAP usage requirements. When my 11 was ready for pick up she answered any other questions I had and the pickup visit was very fast.

I’m so impressed with AdaptHealth. They trulyempower patients to live independently at home. The service is professional, timely, and compassionate.
