Nice presentation to explain sleep apnea. I left knowing how my machine operated and with confidence I could set it up when I got home.

This is a horrible, horrible company. My husband is a new CPAP user; he is having difficulties with his mask staying on. He is waiting to get back in with his sleep doctor to correct the problem. Adapt is threatening to bill our debit card for the cost of the machine. While trying to explain our situation, the representative was talking over us and was very rude, and still does not fully know the whole situation because she could not close her mouth and listen to the customer. We are turning the CPAP in tomorrow and will do a sleep study all over and go through a different company for equipment.

Fast response to online questions,actually return phone calls, operators speak good English with no heavy accents and are caring and accommodating to my needs. All of this should be standard for all medical providers but sadly not the case.Thank you! You get 5 gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Run away from this clown show as fast as you can. Their lack of follow through is worse than a five year old. If you don't constantly call and check up on their progress they don't get anything done. If you have an option of another provider run don't walk. I've been dealing with them for 7 months and still no resolution

They are great to work with, get to you when you need anything and get to you fast with not any problems, I cannot say anything bad about any of their services, very good people to work with and this is coming from person that has worked as team leader in customer support for over 40 years with fortune 500 company. NOTE, only downfall is their billing department.
