The man who explained the features of my new CPAP was very thorough, and I appreciated his kindness and candor.

This service tech actually took time to explain and fix things that weren’t set up right at delivery. I didn’t realize the difference.

What made it great was Amanda! She was super helpful and put up with me I was crazy rude but she didn't let that distract her from giving me all the information I needed. She also stayed pleasant.

Marcie was extremely pleasant and professional. Marcie took the time to explain everything about the use and cleaning of my c-pap machine also the replacement of the filters.

Joe is always so respectful and polite. He always asks if there is anything else that we need i.e. filters or seals etc. You should have Joe train your new drivers that way they learn what customer service really is!!!

I have had help from Ron over the years and today was no different. He is always very knowledgeable and pleasant. The girls were nice and helpful.
