It was sent to me in a very timley manner. Christopher delivered the machines, explained and demonstrated the machines in an excellent manner. He answered all my questions and showed us how to best contact the company for future questions.

Awful company. Constant pain in the butt ordering supplies. Constantly multiple weeks late for very important diabetes supplies. Billing is a mess. They ship to the wrong address and then tried to tell me to file a claim. I updated my address with them and they sent it to the old one anyway. I've been a diabetic for 25 years. Never dealt with a company this bad. Only posted from DE because I am traveling. My last supply order from them is very late and I'm now on vacation, so I won't even have the refill until I return.

Quick delivery. Pleasant staff on the phone and in person. Clear instructions. Made it all feel normal and easy.

I have to say that all the employees are fantastic. From greeting you at the door all the way thru processing you for your c-pap machine and supplies. Would recommend them to all who are in need of supplies of any kind, big shoutout to Sharon, Brandon, and Christine at the Burlington Office…
