Just got off the phone with a terribly rude and interruptive service provider. Her instructions as to how to reorder a cPAP nose cushion in a different size were not very clear, and when I asked for clarification, she grew more and more impatient, as if I was some kind of idiot for not comprehending what she took for granted. When she finally let me speak, I rephrased what she was attempting to tell me in her very thick accent, and she finally confirmed my understanding of the reordering procedure via insurance guidelines. I’m very new to CPAP, so it was very hurtful to me to be on the receiving end of someone with a condescending attitude. This company needs to do better.

First time user of C Pap machine. The man who helped me on 1/2, was incompetent. Didn’t introduce himself. Did not offer different size masks to try. I had an. appointment and you would think to have different size masks to try would be an option. Only had extra small which did not fit properly. I provided my email address and paid the copay of $29 for Cpap machine. Never received a receipt. He told me I would receive via email. He stated he could mail me the next size mask up, small/medium to try. Would take about one week to receive. Informed needed to start using that night for minimum of 4 hours so Medicare would cover it. So late in the day I had to find distilled water. Today, 1/4 spoke with sleep coach. I was informed FedEx delivered mask Saturday 1/3. Didn’t receive. I informed sleep coach I provided my email address and didn’t receive anything. I was informed today how to reset air pressure since booklet not clear. Overall not happy with initial service from Montgomery Medical Supply in Oaks, PA. The man who helped me needs more training.
