Terrible to try to do business with, as many others have stated. They will not communicate via their chat, as nobody is ever there. Their 800 number doesn't answer. Don't waste your time. Pick another business for your medical supplies.

Yesterday, a technician (I regret that I cannot mention names) delivered and set up O2 equipment at my home. He provided an in-depth explanation of how to use it. The technician was not only kind and compassionate, but also very understanding. As this was my first experience with O2 or any related equipment, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done regularly and in case of an emergency. Thank you, your help is truly appreciated.
