I was very hesitant about CPaps after I had an unpleasant sleep study experience. Our group of three was warmly greeted by Debbie and escorted to the room. The trip through the back hallway was a little strange but Debbie kept a cheerful conversation. The presentation I was dreading was a lighthearted journey to using a cpap. Debbie has excellent customer service skills and an easy going teaching style that really helped alleviate my anxiety. The space was small but clean and new. I enjoyed the teaching class and I feel confident using my machine thanks to Debbie.
