Helpful thorough

Every time it’s set for me to get a refill, I authorize weeks in advance. It isn’t til the last minute they try to get the documents from my doctor. Doctor sends it 5 times because the fax is always down. Then my supplies are delayed. Every single time. Do they not realize it can be fatal without me using my sensors to alert me of low blood sugars? I can email the records myself and there’s always an excuse. First it’s the first page missing, then the clinical notes, and then the first page again. Every time whats needed is something different and ultimately my shipments are delayed. It took a month once to get my supplies. I really wish I could use another supplier but this is who tricare pays for. Great service for war veterans…not. I would never recommend this company.

I got called in to my appointment without even having to sit down. The person that helped me with my new cpap machine was very polite and helped me set up the app on my phone so I can check my status and number of events. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Ordered and received parts for my ResMed Bipap. My insurance denied the first monthly bill of $60 due to needed paperwork. The next 2 months’ bills were covered by the insurance company. Adapt Health (Ogles Oxygen LLC) then demanded the first month’s payment. I called them and after much argument got them to REbill insurance company, as they obviously got whatever paperwork was needed, due to them covering the last 2 months. After about a month I received another bill threatening to add late fees if not paid. I paid the stupid bill and will NEVER use them again, as they never rebilled my insurance company because there were no further denials issued. To me this shows either laziness or inability to work with insurance properly.

It is easy to order when I call. They always come the following day with my order. Jeremiah is the person who usually brings the tanks. He is very professional , helpful with any questions I have, and knows where to put the tanks and where the empty ones are kept. He is an asset to your company. I am pleased with the company service.
