Jeff is the man! Great seeing him and his insight is priceless

I have an oxygen concentrator that has not been serviced since I got it over a year. I called this morning for someone to come out and do a service call. The young man was polite and did whatever he needed to do, and gave me instructions on using the cylinder too

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness and proceeded to let me know that the person that was gonna help me will be with me very soon. The technician they helped me was very knowledgeable and very nice and kind and explaining and listening to my concerns and what I was needing both greatly helpful and needing to let me know that if I needed any other information, do not hesitate to give me a call and they can be there for me.

Brian was very helpful with trying to get the most comfortable fit for my CPAP mask! Took time to explain the equipment and future options and ordering!

One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. When my father was sick, they had no issue taking my credit card as a “hold” for his medical equipment, even though it was fully covered by Medicare. A year and a half later, I received an email saying they were going to charge my card for an “auto payment.” I made several attempts to handle this professionally, explaining that I’m not the patient and that my card should not be charged. Despite that, they went ahead and charged my card anyway. They had no problem speaking with me when I was ordering his medical supplies and providing a credit card, but now suddenly they cite HIPAA when I try to resolve an issue. My father even called them himself and asked for the invoice to be sent to him, yet they still charged my card knowing I’m not the patient and that the charge was in dispute. Now I’m dealing with a credit card dispute because of their actions. On top of that, every person I spoke to was unprofessional. A supervisor was supposed to call me and never did. Typical. I do not recommend using this company.

I came in earlier than scheduled and they were able to squeeze me in.
