The absolute WORSE company I've delt with as it relates to equipment for elderly. My relative has been waitin for six weeks for his walker, they do not call to inform them of delivery status updates and they provide FALSE delivery dates. One waits for delivery, they do not deliver and they don't call to inform you of status. Kaiser Permanente California contracts with them and its a disservice to their patience. NOT a reliable company and they have NO customer service oriented help. DO NOT do business with them.

The oxygen was delivered in a timely manner, just when we needed it. Jeremiah fully explained everything to us so that we could go home and use the oxygen with confidence. Monday, March 2

Alexis explained everything so well. And told me if I need anything to call or come back in anytime.

Tech was very, very helpful. He was also quite well informed and answered all my questions

This company has terrible customer service. First, you're going to pay a ton out of pocket for the endless accessories, fits, and telemed appointments - they will bleed you and your insurance dry. Then if anything goes wrong, and it will, you are dealing with a useless overseas call center, as all calls roll there and not to your local provider. Think you can't sleep now? What til they drain you of thousands of dollars.

All the supplies I ordered were delivered by Cody and he was efficient, professional, and courteous. I rate him with an A+
