Avoid this company if you can. Absolutely worthless company. I would part ways with this company if I could, but I am tied to them through my CPAP machine. They are impossible to get a hold. You stay on hold forever and your issues are not resolved. When you finally get through, they say they will get back to your with resolution and they don.t. They sent me the wrong Cpap machine and it took me over 2 months to get the right one sent and the wrong one returned. Then came the billing nightmares. They tried to bill me for the CPAP machine they sent that was the wrong one. This issue has been going on for months. If they had people who would pick up the phone or respond, it would be very helpful. This experience has been a nightmare....in fact, I've never even done a TrustPilot review, but this experience forced me to. I FINALLY got to a person in their overseas call center who was able to help me out.

First time user and the CPAP machine motor was defective from the start! It made a horrible sound and smelled like something was burning! It took them 3 months to finally replace it. The nasal masks made me break out and now I have been waiting 2 weeks for the full face mask which they originally said delivery would be within 5-7 days! Just received a bill for over $200 for therapy I’ve never even had the chance to do effectively. I’ve been hung up on several calls now. It’s beyond words at this point.

James gave easy to remember instructions and the receptionist was very nice to me. Thank you!!

They did a great job getting me up and walking and doing the exercises and going up and downstairs and teaching me how to do all of my therapy correctly

Michelle was amazing to work with. Her knowledge about sleep apnea and the CPAP machine itself made me feel at ease starting this new transition for my sleep. She was very informative, and encouraging. I wish more health care workers had her attitude and demeanor. The world would be a better place.

No one ever told me it was a rental I was surprised about that

After all the negative experiences I have had with Adapthealth, I FINALLY had a great experience. Robin was so helpful and so friendly. I am really appreciative to have had this experience.
