The entire fitting process for my CPAP was amazing, very hands on approach to teach you everything on what to do. Tony was wonderful in teaching me everything I needed to know about using the CPAP machine. She answered every question and addressed every concern I had. Thank you so much!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could give them a “minus” rating, I would. I ordered renewal shipment of my glucose monitors via phone on January 10, 2026. Today is April 27, 2026 and I still have no monitors!🤣 Every time I call for status, the automated information very outdated/incorrect. Virtually every customer service rep I speak with gives me a different status. Finally enlisted assistance of my insurance company today and was told they sent authorization in Jan. 13!! Today, after a 3-way call with Adapt rep, insurance company rep & me that will be available for ship tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath!!! I’ve had issues with them virtually since the beginning. This cluster, however, wins the prize. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

For a change, was able to place the order with little or no issues (representative was able to be understood and the driver was in and out.
