It's always difficult to get any type of quick, intelligent help, sorry. ONCE I got through to a woman, she really cared when I told her that I stop breathing in my sleep, my oxygen tank had been beeping, I need immediate help. She was able to send Cody with SWAP out!!

Loved Lenore. She was fabulous for my fitting. She got me back quickly and made the experience a breeze getting my CPAP mask refitted. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone with a CPAP. The company overall has been a fresh of breath air.

The real persons who make decisions and provide service are excellent. The AI assistant and remote customer service not so much. It wasn't until I spoke to a real local personell after unsucessful navigation through the AI assistant that I was able to get a simple answer as to the address and phone number of the home medical express where I wanted to pick up an extra battery needed and required to use for air travel.

My in person experience with kayla at the phillips parkway , location was awesome! She is the sweetest and most helpful employe they have! But they definitely need help with the phone communication( Stacy).
