BILLING: Nashville, TN. I received a new Resmed Airsense11 this year. I was informed upon receipt I would be charged $10/month for 1 year. I am being billed $20 for use and $20 for materials every month. I called to find out what this is covering without an acceptable answer. This provider has changed names 4 times in my area in recent yrs. I’ve decided to no longer order supplies from them to see what I am actually being charged. Airsense11 is so inferior to my last CPAPs. It is noisy and interferes with sleep. I want a provider that has transparent customer service.

Being able to review all the nuances of the insurance contract, fitting, machine use she is truly an expert - a great experience all around. Having limited time to review given the sandwiching of appointments, had she not been working this position, every other appointment thereafter would have felt the delay created from those before mine. She goes the extra mile, including sacrificing her own time to make sure you have everything needed for success.

Rod was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything.
