Hello, I recently purchased two bikes (Cores ST). I heard many negative comments about ActBest, but I did not experience any problems. I had a few minor issues and (Mel) at customer service corrected each issue. Mel was very responsive and took care of everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this product to anyone. ActBest has been great for me, and the bikes are fun to ride. Excellent company to purchase an E-Bike and be satisfied. This is a 5-star product and company... David

i got the apex actbest, it goes 28mph, the brakes are able to stop within 1 second which saved my life, the only thing i would change about the bike is have a 20ah battery so i can go further on a single charge, because i go up a lot of hills so this requires me to use more of the battery, it was easy to put together, the customer service has been spectacular, better than most amazon sellers

I purchased a purple Speedy bicycle. I really like the color. Folding it up is a bit tricky, but I guess it will get easier once I get used to it. It has plenty of power and the motor responds quickly. I haven't had a chance to thoroughly test the battery life yet, so I haven't used it until the battery ran out. The brakes perform very well. The bicycle is quite heavy, but not unbearable. It can be placed on a bike rack and handles well. So far, there are no real complaints. I can’t wait to see what this little guy can really do!

We ordered two bikes. These were our first electric bikes. We selected this brand after much research and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. They were shipped promptly and with verifiable tracking information. The bikes are heavy duty, well-designed, and solidly constructed. They were very well-packed to prevent any shipping damage. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easily followed. We found several of the assembly steps were already completed by the manufacturer before shipping. The first bike took about 45 minutes to assemble; the second about half that time. The batteries were partially charged and took two hours each to charge completely. As recommended, we started riding at a power level of 1 and in first gear. This was enough to get my 200+ pounds moving briskly slightly uphill without peddling, which is all we wanted for riding at state parks. We plan to take our bikes camping, and the folding feature is awesome, making it compact and simple to carry on our trailer rear rack. It does take two people to lift them safely due to the weight. Optionally, we can easily remove and carry the batteries separately to lessen the weight for loading. Our only suggestion for improvement is to offer wider seats for “heavier” riders. We strongly recommend this e-bike.

I’ve been using the Actbest Speedy for a bit now and honestly, I’m really happy with it. The ride is super smooth, the design looks great, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. It’s perfect for getting around town and makes my commute way more fun. Also, the support team has been pretty helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, really solid e-bike for the price. Totally recommend it if you’re thinking about getting one!

Ordering was easy and received my bike quickly. Although I received a bike that was damaged, Actbest was great about replacing my bike.
