First off I LOVE my new Mars bike by Actbest. It is easy to ride and really does go fast but is safe too. I did have a question about the LCD screen and the customer service staff immediately replied to my email and answered the question. Second, Actbest also sent a free gift with the purchase of my bike which was a quality L/R mirrors, something I had anticipated buying but now saved me money. Thanks Actbest you made me a happy and satisifed customer.

Purchased a bike for my son in May and he loves it. After several months of extensive riding around town, the front tire quick release bar wore down and needed replaced. I contacted the customer service team and had a replacement within the week at no charge or hassle. Thanks Act Best for being an honest and reputable company.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. This has to be one of the worst companies for customer service. I was overcharged, and when I contacted them via email —since they never answer phone calls —I got the worst runaround. I am not sure how there are people who give them 4-5 stars for customer service. I am praying that the bike has no issues as I will not get any support whatso ever

Hi, We’re truly sorry for the frustration—this is not how we want you to feel! 😔 To clarify: We replied to your email promptly, and the extra charge is a cross-border fee from your credit card issuer (not us). Just reach out to your bank to confirm, and we can send your order receipt if needed. If you have questions about your bike or need more help, you can reply our email anytime—we’re here! Again, our sincere apologies.

My son loves the bike. Bit of a minor setback with the fork being bent but customer service is working on this for us and he'll be right back at it in no time.

I ordered the core 26-in mountain bike to commute to work . Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. The bike works well! Pedal assist comes in handy so you don’t have to pedal too much to get up to speed! Design is well and the seat is surprisingly comfortable,

I love my Qlife Triker. It's quite a head turner everywhere I go.

The bike I purchased had a mechanical defect which was covered under warranty. The customer service team resolved my issue, and I was sent a brand-new bike!
