ActbestbikeReviews of actbestbike.com

Excellent customer service. Purchased for my wife, she is LOVING her bike.

I have to agree that my first Actbest bike is not of high quality. The motor broken within one year (ride about 5 miles every day). Then I called the service team. I received great service and warranty. Now I received a new bike. It takes around one month. Thanks Actbest service team !

I received the bike on schedule, setup was easy and my questions were answered in a reasonable timeframe. I really like the bike and look forward to years of use.

Great customer service!

Actbest was very helpful with a warranty claim regarding a malfunctioning part.

Their customer service is awful!!! Ordered two electric bikes, one for my son and one for my husband. My sons inner tube in his tire was defective the second day he had it. Two days later the bike stopped working. We have done all the troubleshooting Actbest has sent and submitted a video to them. We keep being told they will send a new controller for the bike, but every time we call it's a third party agent who has no update, but says he/she will "escalate" the situation. 3 weeks after Christmas and my son still has no electric bike in working order.

My ActBest ebike, Mars model, was easy to order, delivered promptly. It was easy and pretty quick to unbox and assemble. A few minor adjustments and I was off and riding. The bike is easy to ride and the controls are very intuitive. I am really happy

Good seller, fast shipper. Good quality bike.
