This is the 2nd bike I purchased from you. The first one was stolen. But I was so satisfied with everything that when I was able to replace my stolen bike I went directly to your site! I bought a cheap bike on Temu and couldn't even find the most basic instructions for assembly or operating it! I never did figure out what the screen settings were or how to set the assist level. I lucked out and found a short video in Cantonese where I was able to see him press 2 buttons at once to access the menu etc. it took a month to arrive and was poorly packed it really was a bad experience. I am so happy to be out there riding again on a bike that is safe and sturdy. I can't get over the quality of the product! So fun. It only took a few days to get here and the packing was awesome. When I had a question I emailed you and got a response the next day! Awsome company can't say one bad thing!

Very happy, received the bike in 5 days. After 2 weeks had a problem with the motor controller and Actbest sent me a new motor controller and it fixed the problem. Thanks for your prompt support.

I purchased an ActBest Blaze bike on January 31 for my son’s birthday. After several days with no order updates, I contacted customer service and was told the color I purchased was out of stock—even though it showed available at checkout. After multiple exchanges, a different color was selected and the bike arrived about a week later. Assembly was simple, but the bike arrived with a cracked headlight bezel and scuffs on the frame. The bike worked fine for about two weeks, then suddenly displayed an E30 error and became inoperable. A quick search showed this is a common issue. Since then, I have reached out to ActBest at least 10 separate times via email and phone. The only consistent response I receive is a request to send more pictures and videos; something I have already done multiple times. There has been little to no actual troubleshooting, resolution, or accountability. On March 3, I was sent two “how‑to” videos that were completely useless: they were sped up, poorly explained, and featured bike models that were not even close to my son’s. On March 7, I was told a new controller would likely be needed, but that it was two weeks out plus shipping time. Then on March 17, instead of moving forward, I was asked yet again for more photos and videos, with no confirmation that a replacement controller was even being sent. This constant stalling and repetition shows a complete lack of competence and urgency. As of March 22, the bike still only runs for a minute or two before shutting down. We paid nearly $700 for a product that has barely been usable, and the so‑called warranty appears to be meaningless. From inaccurate inventory, damaged delivery, and a known defect, to extremely poor and repetitive customer service, this has been one of the worst consumer experiences I’ve had. At this point, I am demanding a full refund or a replacement bike that ACTUALLY works. If ActBest refuses to resolve this properly, I will continue to share this experience publicly so others are aware of the poor product quality and complete failure of customer support. This bike is absolutely not worth $700, and neither is the frustration that comes with dealing with ActBest.

The entire experience from ordering, shipping, assembly, and riding has been perfect! The bike was very easy to assemble with detailed instructions and all the tools were included. After assembly, the first test ride was great. The brakes and shifter did not need adjustment. I had an issue with an accessory and they sent me a replacement as soon as I contacted them. It’s a great company and product. I highly recommend them!

The build quality feels solid and the design is sleek and comfortable. The pedal assist is very responsive and easy to adjust depending on how much help you want. I also love how quiet it is while riding. Overall, this eBike has been an amazing purchase. If you’re thinking about getting one, I definitely recommend it — it’s reliable, powerful, and makes every ride enjoyable. 🚴‍♂️⚡️

I purchased an original Ranger bike in March of 2025. It is an awesome bike. I made some enhancements, like hydrologic brakes and new crank and pedals. About 1 month ago the battery started dieing after a 20 mile trip. Customer service sent me a new battery free of charge. I appreciate the service and highly recommend Actbest.
