Honestly regret buying this
Honestly regret buying this. The parts did not allign properly during assembly, and I had to adjust a lot myself. Not something I expected from a new bike.

I purchased 2 bikes from them
I purchased 2 bikes from them. Had issues with both rear rims. Told me they were covered under warranty but they didn’t have parts to send me. But they would just send me 2 new bikes if I returned the batteries for both bikes. I agreed and sent them back in. They received the batteries and have had them for a few weeks and cannot get anyone to communicate with me. Last I heard is the warehouse is looking into it. Very frustrating This process started the end of January and it is now the second week of April. I am happy to say the issues with the bikes have been resolved. I was contacted from the review and got responses back from my emails that I sent. Thanks for the help!

We had a couple of issues with the bike…
We had a couple of issues with the bike we bought, sent a couple of emails to trouble shoot. After still wasn’t working correctly, sent back the battery with the key they in return sent us a new bike, great customer service.

The warranty was more than honored.
The warranty was more than honored. I was sent a new exact bike. Very happy with the outcome. The reason: a part for the original bike was unavailable, and a couple of months had passed so the company made right.
