Actbest E-bike
The e-bike I ordered was delivered very quickly. I've been using it almost daily since I received it and I really like it. It gets great battery life especially when I use the pedal assist. I definitely recommend and would definitely buy another one.

I've had my Actbest summit bike for…
I've had my Actbest summit bike for over 2 years I've encountered very few issues and when I did they were resolved properly and efficiently with no problems

My son loves this bike
I got this bike for my son’s 10th birthday and it was pretty straightforward to put together, and he loves it. We started having an issue with it charging about 5month after and since there’s a yr warranty I contacted customer service. They can be a little hard to get a hold of at time because the phone will not let you wait on hold for longer than 2 mins, it will drop the call and you have to keep calling back. But once my ticket got going they have tried to be helpful and are willing to send a new charger for this review. Hopefully that fixes the problem and if not I’m sure there will be another review.

Not impressed at all
I bought an actbest bike through Amazon in June 2025. We parked the bike for the winter and when we went to use it this spring, the bike doesn't work. The battery is fine but the motor makes a terrible sound and it doesn't move. I have email SEVERAL times and very few responses and finally a week ago I was told that tech support was going to reach out the next day. It has been a week now. I have been trying to get an answer about it for over a month now. It is under warranty yet nothing is getting done about it.

Customer support help.
When i contacted Actbest, your reply was promt and curtious. You were detailed about what you needed from me and followed up and asked if the problem was resolved. I had heard that there were problems with customer service but, i feel that the customer service was very good. It did take a few weeks to resolve the issue but, you kept in contact and you did not make me feel like i was forgotten. Thank you again for all your help.
