About a moth after I purchased an Allovers unit from Fondlove, it stopped vibrating (the thrusting still worked). I contacted Fondlove about the issue and they were very quick to respond. After showing them a video of the problem, they immediately sent a new one to me. I will definitely be using Fondlove again!

Hats off to Acmejoy Co. I purchased a product from them and used it twice, a small plastic part broke. I emailed customer service, and asked for advise, the next day I received a email from them and stated they were sending the part that day. they also provided me with a tracking number. Sto aspettando da oltre 10 giorni il pacco, dopo una settimana di mail mi hanno risposto dicendomi che il pacco era in ritardo per colpa di DHL (non ci credo). Adesso risulta fermo in Germania, sul sito dicono consegna in 3-5 giorni, falso. Do 2 stelle perchè attendo l'arrivo del pacco in questa settimana, altrimenti combierò in 1 stella.

The product we received from Acmejoy was first quality and has become a favorite bedroom item for us. The only improvement we would suggest is that instructions for use be in other languages besides just Chinese. When we inquired about instruction, the company was quick to respond.
