This product is the best that I have ever purchased, I have spent hundreds of dollars to all other toys yet did not give the right pleasure and satisfaction as I have expected, however, this Tornado 10 gave me the most pleasure I have ever experienced. It was worth every penny and shipping took only 2 days, K was surprised! This is a hodden gem that everyone should have. Highly recommended!

I contacted Acmejoy to inquire about a product that I had ordered. They responded within a few hours and said that the product had been delivered within days of the original order. As I live in a community with a communal package delivery area, we occasionally experience issues receiving products, regardless of who is delivering. Acmejoy immediately investigated, determined the issue was in that system and offered to resend the product, at their expense, even though they were not the problem. Their rapid response willingness to make me whole insures that I will be a customer of theirs for many years

Horrible company. Shipping takes forever when their website states it will only take 5-7 days to arrive. Then they send out the products out from China when their website says they are located in the USA. They will not refund your money back unless you pay out of your own pocket to send the item back to China which is very expensive and time consuming which also means you will not get your refund for another month that is if the item does not get lost on the way back to China. They do not stand by their guidelines. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
