Well, I can't say anything about any of the products because I haven't received the item I ordered yet , but they do stay in contact with you , I will rewrite a review about the item once I receive it , I've been let down by other company's . I hope this one is a lot better there prices are a heck of a lot better I can say that with confidence. Update on review I made earlier today, 12/23/22 Well I read all the reviews and it seems like there's an issue with not receiving packages you have order. a lot of no corresponding ,remarks as well. So before the review I made they have agreed to send me an email with the tracking information needed for my item ordered over five weeks ago,within a day or two ok .? we will see but without a doubt I personally haven't had any issue with recieving replies of my emails to Acmejoy, now they did ask for additional $10 for shipping, even though it's been paid a bit more than five weeks ago , didn't make much since what if this "new"but item doesn't arrive either do I have to pay again?? Not happing but back and forth emails haven't been a problem ,the issue was the item not arriving as promised. I've read the reviews so I'm getting a little worried now because first off if you look at the answers from the company you will see they are all the same which says( We are sorry but your description of product blah blah blah), are all answered exactly the same? (word for word) now isn't it funny that Anne,is the only person (or so we think) that answers all the complaints?? Now grant it ,you have to leave a positive review to get an answer ,well I just honestly wrote about my experience with communication with "Anne" not a problem so we will see if I receive the item or not I think they should throw in a couple of free gift along with a item if they keep having these issues, because if you don't have customers you don't have to worry about customer service right ? So I will update on this when I receive the item and go from there all in all correspondence is great ,the item being delivered is the issue. so I hope they come through because I will order again ,but we will see thanks for reading update about Acmejoy so far no joy at all!! Update on review 12/28/22 Well Acmejoy ,came through with what was ordered , it took a lot of back and forth but Anne, does stay on top of the issue!! after the 23rd I received the item 5 days later and the item works as promised even though it took a little longer to recieved the package due to the item being stolen off my porch they replaced it quickly so I will without doubt be ordering more from Acmejoy they really do seem to make sure you are satisfied with the item you ordered ,great work Anne ,thanks again for making me feel better about the issue being taken care of .thanks Acmejoy you have earned a lifelong customer can't wait to see the new items coming in to everyone this is a trustworthy company feel free to order from them you will not be disappointed .

At first I was upset because my order took a long time to arrive and was incorrect, however the customer service team fixed everything and made it a great experience. The toys are great quality and the price is right. I will order again.
