My husband and I love the 2 items we ordered. The vibration stopped working on one of them after a few weeks, but I contacted them and they were super helpful and willing to send a replacement.

We had an issue with the post office saying our address didn't exist so they couldn't deliver our package. We reached out to the company and they were very responsive and made sure to correct it in a timely manner and made sure we got what we paid for. Excellent customer service! Will definitely order from again in the future and recommend to friends!
