They were quick to respond

Had an issue with an out of stock item and they swapped with an intock with no problem and now waiting for the new item to arrive.

Amazing customer service! If something is falling behind on schedule, let’s say, just email acmejoy and they will help you out! It’s amazing! They helped me find a different product and gave me stuff to accommodate for the price fluctuation in the products. One of the best Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with. 10/10!

Love this toy. The rotating and vibrating definitely made everything better. And it’s easy to clean as well. Would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for good fun This feels great surprisingly So this has motions that it spins, and it feels very good. My husband was very surprised very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this.

The process was very simple! Products were top tier. The packages are discrete. Very supportive costumer service reps through email!

Very good experience before and after the sale - they were quick to follow up on changes to my order. All and all a very good experience and great customer service.
