Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Product is great. I had a situation where the address was incorrect. And they jumped right up contacted me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything a great company by far willing to go the extra mile for their customer there's not too many companies like that anymore I will be shopping again and again with him I recommend it to anybody that shopping for these kind of products outstanding thanks again for being there for me

Fatto ordine 13 agosto, scritto alla mail di supporto, nessuna risposta, nessuna notizia del pacco. Contattato service...acmejoy.it non risponde nessuno... La mia mail è windinfinity84@gmail. com Grazie, mi hanno risposto, ovviamente 2 prodotti dell ordine che mi avevano confermato non sono disponibili... Ma vedendo le altre recensioni qui, fanno così con tutti, spero tramite PayPal di riuscire a riavere i miei soldi, non ordinate da questo sito

Fate attenzione praticamente è un sito…
Fate attenzione praticamente è un sito truffa! Ho ordinato un articolo,dopo un mese non è arrivato nulla,allora provo a scrivere una mail,ti rispondono dopo una settimana,dicendo" casualmente l'articolo non c'è in magazzino (allora cosa lo vendi a fare?) può ordinare un altro articolo di par i valore o superiore,ho provato a contattare il sito Italiano, aspetto risposta da una settimana. Preciso che l'articolo mi serviva per un addio al celibato,oramai la coppia si è sposata e pure ritornata dal viaggio di nozze! I soldi probabilmente persi ...
