This was my first time ordering my own merch/art. I really like the items-they seem great quality! Shipping went well. Besides that, my shop sales are going okay and I haven't had any issues so far; I love that sellers don't have to ship items from their address and ACGGoods + Wooacry does it all for us.

My personal experience as a seller using ACGgoods has been wonderful so far. I don't have to worry about buying product and shipping it online while having to pay extra shipping fees, the ACGgoods team just does it for me. I never dreamed of the day where I'd be selling merch, younger me would have been elated to hear that I actually got around to it. The process of getting a store is honestly pretty easy, and I'm glad that they accepted me into the seller community. The existence of my ACGgoods store has also provided me with an opportunity to sell at a physical, in-person art booth, which is inspiring me to add more to my store. I'm very happy with the process so far, and I hope to keep working with the ACGgoods team to make a successful merch store.

As a seller this is a very user-friendly platform with tonnes of support especially on their Discord! I only have a few sales but that's mostly due to the lack of followers I have on socials ^^ Uploading and sorting out merch is so much easier and cheaper via ACGGOODS- I'm a university student and don't have a job so buying merch and stocking and posting myself is difficult. With ACGGOODS they handle almost every aspect for you which really helps me out!

I have truly nothing but good things to say about ACG. I've been creating merch for over 5 years through a variety of different platforms, and I've never found one as good as ACGgoods! Everything is easy to use and understand, but in my opinion the best part is the staff and community. Everyone I've spoken to, both on the team and other sellers, have been incredible and insanely helpful and kind. I really enjoy being in such a friendly community of artists!

I’ve been using ACGgoods for a while now, as both a customer and a seller, and I do truly love it. It’s given me an opportunity to sell my art at no cost, make a little money on the side, support amazing artists, and grow my merch collection. But it’s still a relatively new and growing platform, and it’s not without its flaws. Product Quality: Absolutely cannot complain about the quality of any of the products I’ve received so far. Keychains, Badges, Stickers and Art Prints have been pristine, vibrant and sturdy with clear prints even at small scale, from 3cm phone charms to A4 prints. Out of all my orders, I have not had any concerns with products being broken or flawed on arrival. Delivery: Had no problems with delivery yet! Depending on how big the order is and when I ordered it, production and shipping usually takes between 10-14 days. The tracking the site gives you is usually reliable, though I have encountered a visual glitch before where the tracking ended up displaying the same few steps over and over again instead of updating and it looked like my order ended up in a timeloop of sorts- This didn’t affect the shipping, and once the order was complete, the tracking displayed properly again. Usability of the website: Generally, the sites UI and features look great and work well, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and I encounter small visual glitches every now and then. Product search could be better, there is a button to sort by ‘most recent’ vs ‘best seller’ that doesn’t do anything, some products don’t show up in regular searches and only become visible if i select a product category on the side bar. It could use some advanced search features, search by product instead of by tag/keyword, etc. There’s a lot of optimisation that can still happen. Seller experience: I’ve been selling my own art for about three months and I’ve still sold more items than I would’ve imagined. The process of setting up a store and making products is very easy and intuitive, and doesn’t cost me a thing. ACG has a huge and ever growing catalogue of products to pick from that really gets the creative juices going. I’ve not had any issues whatsoever with my monthly payouts yet either! Now my biggest gripe with ACG is how Discord centered it is. I do love its community discord and I’m fairly active in it, it’s a great time to connect with artists, customers, and the staff, and offering exclusive events and bonuses through it is a fun way to connect your user base. However, a lot of very valuable and important info is hidden behind discord announcements when it should be accessible on the website itself, be it complicated processes being explained further, minor glitches, changes, etc, and I don’t believe the website has the same FAQs available as the discord (if it does, I couldn’t find it, particularly the one regarding payouts). Customer support in part also works through discord through the ticket system on the server, and while there are other options to contact support such as through email or onsite chat, the discord ticket system shouldn’t be pushed as the main/most responsive way to get in contact with staff. All in all, I can absolutely recommend ACGgoods both from a sellers and a customers perspective. It’s a wonderful place to find unique and high quality merchandise for a decent price directly supporting the artists that designed it. It has helped me grow as an artist and gain more confidence in my work, and connected me with some amazing sellers while also earning some more pocket money on the side. And yet, there are still flaws that need to be ironed out. ACGgoods is still early in its development and it has a long road ahead of it, but its staff is always open to hear our criticisms, concerns and ideas.

I'm really grateful for ACG Goods and always excited to make new designs. Their service is convenient, the products are worth it, and it's such a fulfilling experience to hold your art in your hand as a keychain, standee, card, etc. My one struggle is that it's been five and a half months and no sales. I promote daily and have new designs regularly. It seems to be that if you don't have a huge social following or people in your personal life it's nearly impossible to actually sell anything. I was super excited and inspired to sell, because other reviews claimed they sold in days. If there was a way they could help promote those of us who haven't sold anything yet, it'd alleviate some emotional distress. Also, if there was a way to deactivate the number of days a shop is open, because seeing the number go up with zero sales feels like a doom countdown when you're trying so hard. And, I worry if a potential customer sees my shop at six months with no sales it might seem like a red flag and discourage sales altogether. Overall, it's been a struggle and I want to give up sometimes, but I really love the work ACG Goods does. If nothing sells online at least I can go back to doing artist alleys as I really do love the products and want to share them with people.

For an aspiring artist, ACGGoods is a great place to start. I always wanted to start selling my art but the idea that I had to order stock, packaging and learn to send stuff myself was so overwhelming I was putting it off - until I found ACGGoods!! They are super easy to set up with. The fact that you have to prove you don't use AI is super comforting because it tells me that the people at ACGGoods put real artists first. The discord that you can join is a lovely community full of amazing artists and the staff are constantly posting with updates on what they've added to the site, fun art things such as contests and organising new events (e.g the Virtual convention) I recommend ACGGoods to any artist who wants to start their art selling journey!

I've been a seller through acg goods for a while now and it's genuinely been amazing. As a US based artist, I'm able to cater to people all over the world and it's genuinely been a blessing for me and my art career!
